PETALING JAYA: Melbourne-based cyclist Amir Mustafa Rusli made a career breakthrough by winning the blue jersey as the best Asean cyclist at the end of the sixth and final stage of the Tour of Thailand from Khao Lak to Phuket yesterday.
The Malaysian road cycling team under Temerloh-born local coach Aminuddin Sulaiman also did well as overall runners-up.
