Sabah archer Adam cruises to third gold


PETALING JAYA: Sabah’s Adam Wong cruised to his third gold medal in the national schools (MSSM) archery competition after winning the Under-18 30m event at Institut Pendidikan Guru Ilmu Khas field in Cheras yesterday.

Despite a 30-minute interruption due to bad weather in the morning session, Adam scored 347 points to break the old meet record of 346 set by Nazrin Aizad of Kelantan.
