THAILAND’S Kiradech Aphibarnrat won his maiden European Tour title when he clinched the Maybank Malaysian Open title by one stroke with a total of 13-under 203 at the Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club.
The Thai youngster, fighting off a typhoid infection, led from Day One and did not let the rain disrupt his title intentions, which had shortened the tournament to 54 holes.
