KUALA LUMPUR: Yus Syazlin Nabila celebrated her 15th birthday in style yesterday by winning the women’s singles and doubles titles in the second leg of the BMW Malaysian National Circuit at the Tun Razak Tennis Complex in Jalan Duta.
Yus lived up to her top seed billing by beating second seed Alyssa Boey 6-4, 6-2 in the singles final. The Perlis lass then teamed up with Nurin Nabilah Roslan to down unseeded Suhana Sofea-Loo Shi Pei 6-2, 6-1 for the doubles crown.
