LAUSANNE, Switzerland (Reuters) - Rio de Janeiro 2016 Olympics organisers were told on Tuesday they needed to push ahead with their preparations because time was an issue, the International Olympic Committee said.
Rio has not finalised its budget for the Olympics as well as the venues for several sports, including rugby, hockey and golf.
