PETALING JAYA: Eleven-year-old karter Nazim Azman underlined his potential to be the next young motorsports star after he finished third overall on his first attempt in the Rotax Max Challenge Asian Championship at Sepang yesterday.
Nazim overcame an early collision in the sixth and final round of the Asia Micro Max category (cadet) to finish second behind Indonesian Prassetyyo Hardja, which was good to see him win the national championship by nine points.
