PUTRAJAYA: Youth and Sports Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Shabery Cheek has described the spat between Datuk Seri Zolkples Embong and Datuk Sieh Kok Chi as a personal battle and that it has nothing to do with the National Sports Council (NSC) or the Olympic Council of Malaysia (OCM). As such, it should not be seen as a misunderstanding between the two institutions, said Ahmad Shabery.
“This is a personal feud between two individuals. It should not be viewed as a feud between the NSC and OCM,” he said when commenting on a spat between NSC director-general Zolkples and OCM honorary secretary Kok Chi. Zolkples is said to have issued a court notice seeking clarification from Kok Chi.
