LISBON (Reuters) - Portuguese Olympic officials on Wednesday criticised a female windsurfer who told them by email that she was quitting the Games, and accused her of concealing the fact she was pregnant.
Carolina Borges told sports newspaper A Bola that she might still have competed if she had received more support from the team mission.
