REIGNING world junior badminton champion Zulfadli Zulkifli added the Sukma men’s singles crown to his collection but it was not handed to him on a platter.
Second seed Zulfadli, representing the Federal Territories, had to work hard to overcome stiff resistance from Johor’s Tan Kian Meng and only prevailed 21-14, 13-21, 21-7 after 57 minutes of play at the Sukpa Indoor Stadium here yesterday.
