A. KAVEE Alagan soared to the gold medal in the men’s high jump event in style – improving on his personal best by eight centimetres to shatter the Sukma record – at the Darul Makmur Stadium here.
The Negri Sembilan high jumper’s 2.21m effort erased the previous mark of 2.20m set by Lee Hup Wei in Terengganu in 2008.
