MANILA: The Westports Malaysia Dragons have been dealt a big blow ahead of today’s all-important Game 1 of the Asean Basketball League (ABL) semi-finals against the San Miguel Beermen here after centre Brian Williams suffered a freak injury.
The 2.08m-tall Williams has been one of the ABL’s top performers, helping the Dragons with his powerful and energetic play.
