KUALA LUMPUR: It’s back to status quo for Asian teams in the Junior World Cup. The International Hockey Federation (FIH) have decided to maintain the quota of four teams from Asia for the Finals in New Delhi next year.
The Junior World Cup is a 16-team competition and Asia have always had four slots. But, earlier this year, FIH said they were reducing this to three.
