KUALA LUMPUR: Dedy Ariyadi Jumaidi has an Indonesian name as his parents migrated from Java more than 30 years ago. But the former Malacca High School forward has a mission to achieve for Malaysia in the Junior Asia Cup in Malacca from May 3-13.
Dedy, whose father Jumaidi Agus is a lorry driver and mother Nopriyanti Yurman is a housewife, said his aspiration is to help Malaysia qualify for next year’s Junior World Cup in New Delhi.
