KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian hockey’s journey to the London Olympics begins today when they play the opening match against Chile in the qualifier in Dublin.
Malaysia last qualified for the Olympics in Sydney 2000. They have since failed in the last two Olympic qualifiers – Athens 2004 and Beijing 2008.
