Josiah’s designer gloves land MNCF a hefty fine


KUALA LUMPUR: Josiah Ng wore his self-designed 5bling cycling gloves during the podium ceremony for the men’s elite keirin at the Asian Cycling Championships on Sunday and the Malaysian National Cycling Federation (MNCF) face a maximum fine of $2,000 Swiss francs (RM6,630) for that.

Josiah did not take off his gloves after winning his first career Asian championships gold medal and the Asian Cycling Confederation decided to impose the fine after receiving a complaint from UCI (Union Cycliste Internationale) chief commissar Frederick Chan.
