KAJANG: US-based amateur Gavin Kyle Green made sure his trip back to Malaysia was well worth the effort when he won the PGM’s inaugural Q-School at the Impian Golf and Country Club here yesterday.
Green, who shot a two-under 70 in the final round for a three-day total of five-under 211, was the only player to finish under par. Kenneth De Silva was a distant second, six shots behind, while Jeremiah Kimby was third, a further two strokes adrift.
