PETALING JAYA: Wushu exponent Chai Fong Ying is out of the Indonesia SEA Games in November and her absence has deprived Malaysia of a sure gold medal.
The two-time Asian Games champion in taijiquan and taijijian has opted out of the SEA Games to complete her undergraduate studies. She, however, will compete in next month’s World Championships in Turkey where she is the defending champion.
