PETALING JAYA: Newcomer Khairul Anuar Mohamed stole the thunder as the Malaysian archers kicked off their bids to be the country’s representatives in the London Olympics next year at the final leg of the World Cup in Shanghai yesterday.
Khairul, making his first World Cup appearance, finished ahead of his more illustrious team-mate Cheng Chu Sian in the qualification rounds for the men’s individual recurve.
