KUALA LUMPUR: Woman doubles shuttler Ng Hui Lin tattooed the words carpe diem on her wrist recently and, to her, it is more than just a pretty design.

The Latin phrase stands for “seize the day” and that is exactly what Hui Lin aims to do when she teams up with younger sister Hui Ern for the first time at the World Championships, which will be held at Wembley from Aug 8-14.
