SHANGHAI (AP) - Norway's Alexander Dale Oen was the fastest qualifier in the 100-meter breaststroke at the world swimming championships.
Dale Oen led the way in 59.71 seconds Sunday, two days after at least 89 people were killed in a bombing in Oslo and shootings on a nearby island in his country.
