Squash: Kamran, Nafiizwan make semis the hard way

KUALA LUMPUR: Kamran Khan and Nafiizwan Adnan were taken to the limit before prevailing in their quarter-final matches in the men’s Premier Division of the National Championships at the National Squash Centre in Bukit Jalil yesterday.

Kamran outplayed Asyraf Azan 11-9, 5-11, 13-11, 8-11, 11-8 in a marathon 120-minute match while Nafiizwan needed a gruelling 74 minutes to down Ivan Yuen 9-11, 11-4, 11-2, 8-11, 11-4.
