PETALING JAYA: Top boys’ singles shuttler Zulfadli Zulkifli endured a rather poor campaign in the mixed team event of the Asian Junior badminton championships in Lucknow, India.
The 18-year-old Zulfadli, who is sponsored by KLRC, suffered a surprising defeat to Indonesia’s Shesar Hiren Rhustavito in the semi-finals and to Huang Yuxiang in the final against China.
