PETALING JAYA: Swimmer Khoo Cai Lin may have dipped under the Olympic invitational time to qualify for the 2012 London Olympics in the 800m freestyle but she intends to better her time at the World Championships from July 15-30 in Shanghai, China.
Under the qualifying format, a swimmer has two ways to qualify for the Olympics – beat the Olympic qualifying time known as category A or beat the “Olympic invitation time”.
