The Selangor International Junior Masters doubles up as a qualifier for the Selangor Masters.

This year’s tournament saw the participation of more than 90 junior golfers from England, Laos, Korea, Myanmar and the host country Malaysia.

“I am happy that the reputation and recognition of this junior tournament, which is presented by Etiqa, has started to catch the attention of more international junior players,” said Hans De Cuyper, chief executive officer of Etiqa Insurance and Takaful.

Wei Chean received the winner’s trophy and a MacBook. Isza Fariza Ismail received a trophy as well and an iPhone 4 for being the winner in the female category.
