Earning points is the priority for Shahril in Sentul


PETALING JAYA: Malaysia’s Shahril Izzuwan Mohd Noor will aim to defend his lead in the Underbone 115cc standings in the second leg of the Petronas Asia Road Racing Championships (ARRC) at the Sentul Circuit in Jakarta this weekend.

A good start to the season has put Shahril in the top spot on 40 points while Malaysian wildcard Mohd Rozaliman Zakaria (ZAR Racing Motorsports) is in second place on 36 points. Defending champion Hadi Wijaya of Indonesia (Kawasaki NHK Rextor Manual Tech) is in third place on 26 points.
