KUALA LUMPUR: Cyclist Azizulhasni Awang and squash queen Nicol David rewrote history after they were declared the winners of the country’s highest sporting honour last night.
Azizul defeated six other nominees, including world No. 1 shuttler Lee Chong Wei and six-time Mr Universe bodybuilder Sazali Samad, to capture the Sportsman of the Year award for a second consecutive time.
