PETALING JAYA: Mohd Adiq Husainie Othman entered the history books as the first Malaysian cyclist to win a medal in the senior men’s points race event of the Asian Cycling Championships when he bagged a bronze at the 80th King’s Anniversary Velodrome in Korat, Thailand, yesterday.
Malaysia ended the day with a second silver medal for teenager Jupha Somnet in the junior women’s scratch final.
