BADMINTON Association of Malaysia (BAM)’s Yap Tee Loy (pic) is often fondly called a “walking dictionary” for rules and regulations in badminton.

The man, who has served as an umpire and referee at the national and international levels for more than four decades, will retire after the Malaysia Open today.
