PETALING JAYA: The Combined Old Boys Rugby Association (Cobra) are hoping to make it to their fourth consecutive final when the two-day HSBC Cobra 10s rugby tournament begins at the MBPJ Stadium in Kelana Jaya today.
The Cobra Blacks were runners-up to Canterbury in 2007 before emerging champions in 2008. Last year, they were runners-up to the Borneo Eagles.
