SHANGHAI: Francesco Molinari clinched the HSBC Champions tournament in Shanghai yesterday after a thrilling final-round shootout with world number one Lee Westwood.
The Italian, who turns 28 today, had to hold his nerve on the final hole to card a 67 and post a combined 19-under total, beating Englishman Westwood by one stroke.
