Mickelson turning the corner with his health

SHANGHAI (AP) - Phil Mickelson isn't making any excuses for blowing chances to reach No. 1 for the first time in his career, nor does he begrudge Lee Westwood for being the player to finally topple Tiger Woods in the world ranking.

Preparing for the HSBC Champions beginning Thursday, Mickelson also didn't want to blame health problems.
