KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Hockey Federation (MHF) have amended their constitution to allow for the secretary and treasurer to be appointed by the president.
The decision was unanimously agreed upon by the 15 affiliates who attended the extraordinary general meeting yesterday.
