PUTRAJAYA: The Tour of Langkawi (LTdL) will make a return “home” after being left out of the list of stages for the cycling championships for four years.
The Tour next year scheduled for Jan 23-Feb 1 will have 10 stages and the Minister of Youth and Sports, Datuk Ahmad Shabery Cheek, said that the decision to start in Langkawi was aimed at reviving the nostalgic years of the event that was the brainchild of former Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
