PETALING JAYA: Malaysia struck gold again in the 12th Asian schools bowling championships at the Megalanes Kuala Lumpur in Endah Parade yesterday.
And it came from the girls’ doubles event through Fatin Azmira Khairul Faizi-Puteri Nadia Kamarul Mahadir. The duo amassed a total of 2,626 after six games each and finished 77 pins ahead of Singapore’s Nur Azri Muhamad Azan-Kwa Ai Teng (2,549). South Koreans Lee Da-woom-Lee Ah-reum chalked up 2,493 to take the bronze.
