KUANTAN: National trainee Harvinder Singh scored with 15 seconds remaining on the clock to give Kuala Lumpur a hard-fought 1-0 win over Perak in the Division One final of the Razak Cup hockey tournament at the Wisma Belia Hockey Stadium here yesterday.
It was the 19th time that KL emerged as the champions in 48 editions of the tournament.
