DENMARK’S rising star Jan O Jorgensen suffered a demoralising defeat on a day when several other favourites fell by the wayside on the opening day of the All-England yesterday.
The 21-year-old Jorgensen was out of sorts in his tame 16-21, 10-21 defeat by China’s Chen Long (pic) but denied that his poor showing had anything to do with news of his coach Kenneth Jonassen moving to England.
