GEORGE TOWN: Hosts Penang are assured of winning the lion’s share of the honours after yesterday’s semi-final stages of the 100 Plus National Juniors Badminton Circuit Zone A Championship at the Penang BA Hall in Bukit Dumbar yesterday.
Penang set a record of sorts by qualifying for 10 out of today’s 16 finals and they have two finalists in four finals – Boys’ Under-14 and Girls’ Under-12 doubles and the Girls’ Under-18 singles and doubles – events.
