PETALING JAYA: Seven-time Grand Slam winner Justine Henin may play in the US$220,000 Malaysian Open women’s tennis championships at the Bukit Kiara Equestrian and Country Resort next month if the price on her is right.
The Belgium-born Henin has never played in the region before and is believed to be keen to compete in Kuala Lumpur from Feb 22-28. But the event organisers, Carbon Media, need to pay her appearance fee.
