LONDON: Burnley have appointed former Sheffield Wednesday boss Brian Laws (pic) as their new manager, the club announced yesterday.
Laws, a former Burnley player who was sacked by Wednesday last month, succeeds Owen Coyle, who quit earlier this month to take over as manager of local Premier League rivals Bolton.
