PETALING JAYA: Cyclist Rizal Tisin has landed in a tight spot in his bid to earn qualification to the World Track Championships in Copenhagen in March after he was involved in a road accident.
Rizal was riding his motorcycle after dinner on Wednesday when he was hit by a car near Sri Petaling and fractured his left ankle.
