KUALA LUMPUR: Armed Forces’ Mohd Jironi Riduan clocked a personal best in the men’s 800m in the Malaysian Open athletics championships at the National Stadium in Bukit Jalil yesterday to become the fourth athlete to beat the qualifying time in the event for the Laos SEA Games.
The Miri-born athlete clocked 1:52.23 to better the qualifying mark of 1:52.72.
