LONDON: The chairman of Harlequins resigned Friday in the wake of the fake blood injury scam at the English rugby club.
Charles Jillings said he was "ultimately responsible for all decisions" that saw a player fake a blood injury to the mouth in order to get a specialist kicker on the field.
