PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian National Cycling Federation (MNC) have welcomed the Youth and Sports Ministry’s proposal for the government to build a new covered velodrome of international standard.
MNCF deputy president Datuk Naim Mohamad described the proposal as timely and felt that the velodrome would not become a white elephant if properly utilised.
