GUANGZHOU: Malaysian shuttlers who arrived here on Friday for the Sudirman Cup competition which starts today, have been restricted from leaving the hotel compound unnecessarily as a precaution against the Influenza A (H1N1) outbreak.
“We are all very concerned about the potential danger of the A(H1N1) virus and it’s best that we take precautions too. All players have been told that they must not leave the hotel for any shopping or sightseeing trips and all meals will be taken together at the hotel too.
