Kedah move into top four by beating Pahang


GEORGE TOWN: Kedah broke into the top four of the Super League for the first time this season after a comfortable 3-1 victory over Pahang at the Darulaman Stadium in Alor Setar last night.

Fadly Baharom opened accounts for the reigning champions after 11 minutes. Midfielder Shahrulnizam Mustapha doubled the home side’s lead in the 28th minute after beating Pahang goalkeeper Mohd Remezey Che Ros in a one-on-one situation.
