SYDNEY: Tim Clark became only the third South African to win the Australian Open when he beat Tasmanian Mathew Goggin on the first playoff hole yesterday.
A stunned Clark claimed the title when Goggin missed a two-metre putt for par on the 18th green at the Royal Sydney course.
