Syed Adney ready to replace Helmi

PHUKET: Liverpool-born Syed Adney Syed Hussein is ready to step in to replace goalkeeper Mohd Helmi Eliza Elias for the match against Thailand today.

Helmi made costly blunders in the previous match against Vietnam, which Malaysia lost 2-3. And coach B. Sathianathan is expected to put him on the bench for the do-or-die mission against the Thais.
