Bowling: Shafiq, Aiman get their acts together to pick up bronze

KUALA LUMPUR: Newly-promoted elite bowlers Mohd Syafiq Ridhwan Abdul Malek and Mohd Nur Aiman Khairuddin bagged a bronze medal in the men’s doubles event of the Commonwealth Championships at Ice Bowl in Belfast on Tuesday.

But that is still not good enough for Syafiq. The lanky bowler, who will turn 22nd on Saturday, is eyeing a perfect birthday gift — the Masters gold medal.
