KUALA LUMPUR: The Combined Old Boy’s Rugby Association (Cobra) will ensure that more quality teams compete in the HCBS-Cobra 10s tournament following the success of their side and an increase in spectators in the just concluded event.
Cobra president Datuk Krishnan Tan said yesterday that the current world financial situation and high cost of air fares forced out teams from Fiji, Samoa and Argentina this time.
