KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia’s Mak Hee Chun-Teo Kok Siang finally got their acts right in their third appearance in the Asian Junior Championships, winning the boys’ doubles title albeit on a controversial note.
The top seeds took only 29 minutes to exact revenge against South Koreans Choi Young-woo-Kim Ki-jung 21-13, 21-18 in the final at the Juara Stadium in Bukit Kiara. They had lost to the Koreans in the semi-final tie of the mixed team competition.
